Problem(s) Presented: The client presented problems of being bullied whilst at work which had led to an inability for them to put down boundaries or be assertive.

Number of Sessions: 12 Sessions

Therapy Approach(s): A mix of Person-centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Counselling approach was used to work through the clients presented problems to develop a coping mechanism to enable the client to re-establish boundaries and assertiveness. By exploring these issues the client was able to gain insight and identify self-imposed targets that placed them under additional pressures.

Outcome: After 12 weeks of counselling, the client was able to establish boundaries and utilise assertiveness skills effectively whilst at work.
