Therapy for Ukrainian Refugees

Nottingham Counselling Service is offering free psychological therapy for Ukrainian adults (18+) who may be finding life difficult following displacement, loss, trauma, or ongoing uncertainty. You do not need to be in crisis to seek support. Therapy is available for anyone who would like a safe, supportive space to talk, reflect, and be heard.

Healing Pathways - Short Term Therapy for Racially Diverse Communities

NCS in partnership with Himmah are offering 10-15 free sessions for members of Black, Asian and diverse communities. Funded was awarded by BACP.
