Following a thorough recruitment process over the last couple of months, We are delighted to let you know that we’ve appointed Shoana Qureshi-Khan as our new Chief Executive.

Shoana is currently Deputy Director of a Nottingham charity called Himmah and we’re really confident that she will bring inclusive and effective leadership skills to the role. Throughout the process she’s demonstrated a great understanding of business development and income generation, partnership and collaborative working, and the ability to build an organisation whilst bringing people with her.

We think she’ll be an amazing leader for NCS at a very challenging time and I’m sure you’ll all join me in welcoming her to the team. She will join us on 9^th October and will be looking forward to meeting you all.
