All our counsellors work by the Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions as defined by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

You will be asked to sign a counselling agreement upon arrival for your first counselling session.

As we are coming up to Christmas and short days and long nights. Let's help those in Nottingham struggling with social isolation and mental health difficulties. You're support towards 1-to-1 counselling and therapy will help improve an individuals health and wellbeing by providing a safe and secure setting to talk. Help us to continue service our community and changing lives.

Once you have applied, our admin team will contact you and you will be asked to fill in a biographical questionnaire.
