Self description:

I am a Senior BACP registered Counsellor/Psychotherapist, a UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist and an HPC registered Art Therapist. I have 25 years experience of counselling and 20+ years of supervising in a broad variety of settings, including therapeutic communities, the Nottingham Counselling Centre (1993- 1996), Nottingham Trent University (2000 – present) and in private practice.

I have trained counsellors and am currently the external examiner on the MA Integrative Arts Therapy IATE in London.

My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is pragmatic and based on my commitment to the people I work with. I use whatever I can from my quarter of a century of experience and training to help people move towards their own solutions. I am committed to honouring diversity and to maintaining clinical standards of excellence.

I work integratively from psychodynamic, developmental, cognitive and humanistic models including TA and Gestalt, sensorimotor. 

Fees:

For counselling/psychotherapy £46-£55 for 50 minutes. For Supervision, £45 students, £50 individuals and charities, £55 organisations.
