
I aim to work with you, at your pace, on whatever you bring to counselling. This may include; general life issues/concerns, stress, anxiety, relationships, depression, identity, self-esteem, confidence, the effects abuse/trauma, feelings of distress and anger, loss, self harm and childhood issues including; neglect and abuse.
I also provide both individual and group clinical supervision. I am a BACP Accredited Supervisor of individuals.

I am an experienced, qualified therapist and supervisor. I work in private practice in Forest Fields (near the city centre and a tram stop). Day and evening appointments are available Tuesday-Friday. We can work for a fixed number of sessions or use an open-ended contract.

MBACP (Accredited), UKRC Registered. As an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) I adhere to its ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy and am subject to the professional conduct therein.
