I am an experienced counsellor working in private practice since 1993.  I offer long-term work once or twice weekly as well as Focal Brief Therapy, if appropriate. I work with individuals to explore their perceptions of themselves and others, in a process which encourages greater understanding of areas of difficulty. This understanding can then be utilised to alleviate distress and open up choice.

I also provide training and supervision for counsellors and consultancy for counselling services.
