I offer Person Centred/Humanistic counselling. Some of your issues and difficulties I can help you with might include bereavement and loss, anxiety and stress, anger management, work related, both past and present abuse including sexual, emotional and physical. In fact any issues which might be having an impact on your day to day living, self-esteem self-worth and confidence I will endeavour to work with. I will seek to help you to come to terms with negative feelings, to encourage you to freely express your personal issues, to help you to develop personal skills to have the power and freedom to change and improve your self-esteem.

Self description:

I have been a counsellor for several years and I am aware of how important it is to choose the right counsellor. I provide counselling in a supportive, confidential, safe therapeutic environment based in either the City Centre or in the area of Sherwood /Basford.

My counselling qualifications include: BA degree with Honours, Diploma in Person Centred/Humanistic Counselling Practice, attained at the University of Nottingham. Higher certificate in Person Centred Counselling Practice awarded by the University of Birmingham and attained at the Nottingham Counselling Service.
