Self description:

:  I have a Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy (Temenos) and M.Ed. (Human Relations) Nottingham University. I trained and worked as a volunteer counsellor at Nottingham Counselling Service for 10 years. I now work as a counsellor for a G.P. practice and in private practice from my home address which includes work for Employee Assistance Programs such as BUPA. I have an Advanced Diploma in CBT methods for person-centred counsellors. I also have an Advanced Diploma in Person-Centred Supervision and I offer supervision to both trainee and experienced counsellors.

I am committed to the person-centered approach and seek to provide a therapeutic relationship which is accepting, empathic and genuine. In that environment I believe growth and change can take place. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I comply with their ethical framework for good practice.
