Waiting Times Cut by 43 per cent

The length of time Nottingham Counselling Service clients wait before getting an assessment appointment has reduced been reduced 43 per cent – falling from 56 days to 32 days.

The number of clients waiting to start ongoing counselling has also reduced from approximately 60 per month in April 2007 to 40 per month.
