* The net case load of clients being serviced increase by 13
* Waiting time for initial appointments was 34 days
* Average client satisfaction rating was 94%
* 35 clients were waiting to start counselling after being assessed
* Average cost of a counselling was £43.59 per session delivered
* Average contributions from clients was £12.18 per session
